About This App

Introduction

This app is a side project created by Keepcoin. The app is displaying a list of all the local business that has physical shopfront, with the operating hours and status as the key information. Everyone can help to update the shop status by clicking on the button.

Objective

The aim of this app is to help you to check if the shops you are going to visit are open or close, before you step out of your house.

Background

This app was created during the Malaysia’s MCO (Movement Control Order) for the COVID-19. The idea was inspired by the situation where a lot of people posting on Facebook asking:

“Is ABC shop open today?”

“Can barber shop run business?”

“When will XYZ open?”
